Over the weekend, my wife and I picked away at the usual chores associated with launching the boat. I checked and emptied the filters, put the muffs on the engine, and ran the motor. Then Gayle and I spent some time pressure washing the deck. This week we are going to scrub away some of the river slime on the side of the boat and wax too.
On Thursday Adam Harkins and I will install my radios in a new overhead electronics box. That's pretty much all that's left between now and putting the boat in the water. If that goes smoothly, the boat could go in Friday. We shall see...
